I
saw this car for sale and just had to have it. It had everything that the Plymouth
did not ... two doors and a V8 with a stick shift. I sold the Plymouth for $100
and bought the Olds for $125. I removed the hubcaps, painted the back wheels
white and painted on some unusual whitewalls on the front tires that were actually
white and black dashes. The car had too much power for a 17-year-old and I spun
it around backwards on a snowy road and into a culvert. That messed up the rear
bumper so I merely removed the bent piece and drove it without a bumper. I kept
this car for only four months.
